Eve The Temptress

This is an impressive group of  2 original oil paintings presenting the 2 sides of "Eve The Temptress."  The artist has painted a powerful statement offering a daring counter balance to the question- is she a Temptress. Eduard passionately struggles to show us in a startling manner the right harmony with the right balance of the many sides of Eve.  When the paintings are seen together much more is going on. The emotional abstract background contrasts with the elegant and refined lines of the figures increasing the dilemma- will men ever really understand women. The flowing ribbon connects the two women in their commonality in what men see as ambivalence. Curves lay up against straight lines.  Small images placed against large ones.  Strong colors next to quiet tones.  All of pieces coming together to form a harmonious mannered style.  Even the shapes of the canvasses he uses adds to the interactions of his art work. Born in Belorussiya in 1951. He finished his degree at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kiev, Ukraine. Eduard’s art has been featured in major art shows and exhibitions in Belgium, France, Czech, Slovakia, Ukraine, Russia and the United States.  His art is fond in homes and offices in Great Britain, Spain, Germany, USA, Canada, Italy, France, Belgium, Russia, Ukraine, Hungary, Australia, Austria, England, China, Japan, Bahrain, Mexico, New Zealand, Brazil, Costa Rica, and Czech.. Eduard is a principally featured artist in the highly regarded book, “Ukrainian Artists of the 20^th Century.” The Museum Of Art in Ivano-Frankivsk and the Museum of The Great Patriot War  feature his paintings on permanent display.
