Born in Belorussiya in 1951. He finished his degree at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kiev, Ukraine. Eduard’s art has been featured in major art shows and exhibitions in Belgium, France, Czech, Slovakia, Ukraine, Russia and the United States. His art is fond in homes and offices in Great Britain, Spain, Germany, USA, Canada, Italy, France, Belgium, Russia, Ukraine, Hungary, Australia, Austria, England, China, Japan, Bahrain, Mexico, New Zealand, Brazil, Costa Rica, and Czech.

Eduard is one of the principally featured artists in the highly regarded book " Ukrainian Artists of the 20^th Century."

The Museum Of Art in Ivan- Frankivsk and the Museum of The Great Patriot War have his paintings on permanent display.
